Christian Living Communities Welcomes New CEO, Terry Rogers

CLC’s new CEO, Terry Rogers

Christian Living Communities and Holly Creek welcome Terry Rogers as our new CEO & President. Russ DenBraber retires in early September after 14 years. Terry comes to us with more than 27 years of experience as a proven leader in senior living, home healthcare and long-term care settings.

He has served as the President and CEO of St. Martin’s in the Pines, a senior living community located in Birmingham, Alabama for the past 16 years. In this role, he led the development of a comprehensive strategic plan and repositioning of St Martin’s. As a result, new service lines were developed, including a new assisted living memory support community. Further, Terry spearheaded the visioning, planning, financing and construction of the first residential-style skilled nursing community in Alabama, based on The GREEN HOUSE Project®, known as The Cottages at St. Martin’s. He also championed strategic partnerships with the University of Alabama and other organizations in many national research projects such as senior’s use of technology, culture change, person-centered care and music and art therapy.

Terry is thrilled to be joining CLC as he says “a faith-based, mission-focused organization is the only place for me.” Terry and his wife Beth, a board certified Emergency Medicine physician, have two sons: Josh, a student at the University of Mississippi, and Logan, a future student at the University of Colorado.
