Thomas Lamba and Jessica Reynolds, CNAs – Clermont Park
A Health Suites resident at Clermont Park wrote this PROMISE Star to recognize two CNAs for going above and beyond the call of duty. One Sunday morning, Thomas Lamba and Jessica Reynolds stayed several hours beyond their long 12-hour overnight shift to cover for other staff members who called in sick that morning. Thomas and Jessica remained on the job to help the residents get fed and dressed and make sure that those who wanted to were able to attend the Sunday morning worship service. This Resident said “individuals like Thomas and Jessica, who work the night shifts are to be commended for their dedication and commitment. The residents appreciate the heart and care that staff members like Thomas and Jessica displayed this past weekend.” This story is an excellent example of Unity and our core value Compassion.
