This PROMISE Star comes from a resident at Clermont Park. “Greetings-Please know that Ramona is the epitome of a true treasure. She has a full measure of a charming personality, and is so very caring and conscientious about our home. As an example: our home requires only a small amount of vacuuming. Even so, she slips off her shoes before vacuuming the light colored area carpet in the living room. What a thoughtful gesture!!  I am extremely grateful to reside at Clermont Park having Ramona in our realm is an added present.” This is a great story highlighting the core value and Service Basic of Respect as well as the other Service Basic of Personalizing our interactions.
