Casey’s Pond, one of our managed communities located in Steamboat Springs, was experiencing some challenges with billing and documentation. Without hesitation, Doug, Jan and Carrie agreed to visit the community to help them work through their concerns, alleviating some of the stress being experienced by the team at Casey’s Pond. All of them have other primary job responsibilities – so of course, they wouldn’t have been able to help with this project if not for the support of their team members and leaders. Thank you to them as well! This type of collaborative culture is one of the reasons that other organizations seek us out to partner with them. That’s what makes us different.
