Join us for a luncheon and presentation by TEDx Speaker and Legacy Life Coach, Kelly O’Connor

Live a long and healthy life with purpose. Understand how physical, spiritual, financial, and intellectual health add to one’s longevity and comfort as we age. Learn how nurturing our bodies, spirits, and minds keeps us open-hearted and curious, ready for new experiences and points of view.

Kelly will discuss the 10 Pillars of Longevity: Purpose, Community, Family, Life-Learning, Mindset/Attitude, Physical, Financial and Spiritual Health, Self-Advocacy, and Legacy.
