Join us for a cooking demonstration with Executive Chef Tuce Kutun. Learn why tomatoes are considered a “super food” and the many health benefits they offer. Talk with Chef as she prepares a staple of the Mediterranean diet: the tomato caprese salad…but with a modern twist!

Guests will receive a recipe card and ingredients to prepare their own salad along with Chef. Eat your salad on the spot or take it home to enjoy later. Join a group tour with residents and community leaders after the event.
