Life Plan Community

Life Plan Communities are designed to remove uncertainties about the future by securing access to a variety of living options and services for seniors should the need arise in the future. Also known as a continuum of care community, a Life Plan Community protects you if your health or financial needs change over time.

Our Life Plan Agreement guarantees access to our senior living options, which include independent living, assisted living, memory support, skilled nursing care, short-term rehabilitation, and adult day services.

We also offer a convenient rental plan for those who would prefer that option.

Benefits of Community Life

At all ages and stages of life – and especially in older adulthood – experiencing true community can have a significant positive impact on our well-being. Meaningful friendships and genuine connections help reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation, which can have measurable effects on our physical and mental health as we age.

Senior living communities can help set us up for a healthy aging journey by providing numerous and diverse opportunities to build a social network, contribute one’s unique gifts and talents, and pursue pathways for continued growth and possibilities.

What is the Cost of Senior Living?

What is the Cost of Senior Living?

Senior living costs can vary significantly due to level of care needed, size of floor plans, the community’s location, and the amenities provided. While senior living communities can be expensive, their range of services and amenities can contribute to a higher quality of life for residents and peace of mind for their families. Evaluate different communities to find one that best fits the individual needs and preferences of the older adult involved.

Consider your current monthly expenses living in your home, including mortgage or rent payments, homeowners or renters insurance, property taxes, utilities, groceries, home maintenance, and other costs. Compare those with what you can expect to pay at a senior living community, where prices typically include meals, utilities, housekeeping services, cable and WiFi, amenities, and other benefits designed for older adults.
