Clermont Park Receives 2025 Customer Experience Award from Activated Insights

We are honored to share that Clermont Park earned the 2025 Customer Experience Award from Activated Insights. This is the fourteenth year in a row that Clermont Park has received this prestigious recognition. As a nationally renowned customer satisfaction firm in the senior care field, Activated Insights, formerly Pinnacle Quality Insight, recognizes senior care providers for creating excellent customer experiences for residents and their loved ones. This year, Clermont Park’s Independent Living and Skilled Nursing neighborhoods received the 2025 Customer Experience Award. 

About the Customer Experience Award from Activated Insights 

Over the course of a year, Activated Insights conducts monthly telephone interviews with residents, family members, and guests to record their satisfaction scores and comments in a variety of areas, including overall satisfaction. During these conversations with unbiased, third-party interviewers, participants can share candidly why they gave their ratings in these areas. The Customer Experience Award is a meaningful distinction for our community, as it reflects the honest experiences, feedback, and feelings of those we support. Of the 150,000 interviews conducted across 2700 providers each year, only the top 15% of participating care providers nationwide are honored with this award This recognition of our community is in no small part due to our commitment to enriching the lives of older adults and partnering with residents to build true community. Additionally, each month, our leadership team reads the transcribed responses from telephone interviews to ensure that residents and family members are having positive experiences, while also looking for opportunities for continued improvement.  

Our Award-Winning Senior Living Neighborhoods 

Clermont Park’s Independent Living neighborhood was recognized for Overall Customer Experience. This award reflects its dedication to continuous improvement and exceptional care and reflects Clermont Park’s vibrant culture and celebration of older adulthood. 

Our Skilled Nursing neighborhood received awards in numerous categories, among them Nursing Care, Cleanliness, Individual Needs, Response to Problems, Dignity and Respect, Professional Therapy Services, Admission Process, Safety and Security, Overall Customer Experience and Recommend to Others. This shows that Clermont Park residents and family members are pleased with their experience and would invite their friends and families to live here as well. This award reflects what real residents have to say about their home and community.
