U.S. News Names Clermont Park a 2021-2022 Best Nursing Home

January 7, 2022 – Clermont Park has been recognized by U.S. News & World Report (U.S. News) as a 2021-2022 Best Nursing Home in the areas of Short-Term Rehabilitation and Long-Term Care. U.S. News has issued Best Nursing Homes with the goal of helping older adults, families and caregivers understand their options for short-term and long-term care. This designation indicates that Clermont Park is one of the 13% of skilled nursing communities in the United States that has been recognized as a U.S. News & World Report 2021-2022 Best Nursing Home. Clermont Park earned this recognition by achieving the highest possible rating of “High Performing” for both Short-Term Rehab and Long-Term Care. & World Report rates communities on a number of criteria, with an emphasis on quality of care and patient safety. These criteria include staff vaccination rates for COVID-19, flu and pneumonia, ER visit prevention, consistency of staffing, appropriate use of antipsychotic drugs and fall prevention, among others.
