Enriching the lives of older adults since 1972
Clermont Park’s reputation for being one of the best retirement communities in Denver is based on the excellent track record of our parent company, Christian Living Communities, a faith-based, nonprofit organization. Our commitment has always been to be a forward-thinking community, evolving with the changing needs of our residents.
Serving residents since 1972, Clermont Park is now a Life Plan Community, offering multiple levels of services and care under the same roof. At the same time, we also offer affordable retirement living rental homes with no compromises on quality and lifestyle.
Our Vision
Creating communities where aging is honored and celebrated
Our Mission
Christian Living Communities enriches the quality and dignity of life for older adults through services and care that reflect Christian love, respect, and compassion toward each individual.
Who We Are
The Non-Profit Difference
The Non-Profit Difference
As a non-profit organization, Clermont Park and our parent organization, Christian Living Communities (CLC), are committed to our mission of enriching the lives of older adults. Our mission guides all decision making across the organization.
Rather than being accountable to shareholders, we are accountable to an all-volunteer board of directors. CLC prioritizes resident and team member well-being above all else, and is not required to maximize profits in the interest of shareholders as for-profit companies are.
Clermont Park’s and CLC’s profits are managed for the future growth of our organization to ensure we are able to sustain and grow our collective mission.
Our Culture of Citizenship
Our Culture of Citizenship
The Citizenship Model, created by our parent organization, Christian Living Communities, is an age-positive, empowerment approach rooted in the belief that each individual, at every age and level of abilities, has gifts, passions, talents, and experience that can make the community stronger and better. When people view themselves as active citizens in their communities, there is influence, meaning, autonomy, belonging and an overall sense of well-being.
Residents, team members, family members, and our vendor partners are all citizens, who together, weave a beautiful and vibrant tapestry of living.
We believe this approach will revolutionize aging services, moving beyond traditional cultures that focus on a declinist view of aging to purpose-filled cultures of shared responsibility, to citizenship.

Since arriving here we have greeted by everyone with friendliness and enthusiasm. The people who live here are warm and welcoming. I can’t say enough about the staff, from the executive director to the custodians all are accommodating and go out of their way to assist. I love people and have worked and/or volunteered all of my life. I have never seen a group where there is no one who might be called a sour apple. They are, one and all, peaches. On another note. Clermont Park is beautiful and wonderfully maintained. It is a pleasure to be here.
